What is Region Escape Room?

Region Escape Room is a real-life game where you follow clues and
solve puzzles to escape a room before time runs out.

Who can play?

There are no special requirements for playing our rooms. First-timers are welcomed and encouraged. Our rooms are designed for ages 12+. Participants under 18 will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

How many people can play?

Each room is designed to accommodate between 2-8 players- a perfect group activity. You can either choose to book the entire room for a private group or you can choose to book a room in which other players can join. If your group is larger than 8, you can choose to divide up your team across multiple rooms, or book back-to-back game slots. If you have a group of 16 or more, please contact us prior to booking.

How do I book a room?

Reservations are required for booking. You can make a reservation by booking online, calling our store, or sending us an email. We recommend making a reservation at least 24 hours in advance.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We do not issue refunds for cancellations and no shows. Reschedules will not be permitted within 24 hours of your scheduled game. Send us an email or call our store with your new date and time when you’d like to come, and we will be happy to reschedule for you!

What time should our group arrive?

It is important to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. There is a mandatory pre-game orientation that all players must attend as well as signing a waiver. Your 60-minute timer will start exactly at your booked appointment time. Plan on staying for approximately 15 minutes afterwards to debrief and take pictures.

What happens if we are running late?

We suggest reaching out to our store as soon as possible at (219) 501-0198. Please ensure to plan ahead for traffic and parking. Your team must arrive 15 minutes early for rules and orientation. We understand that things happen. If you are late, the rest of your group will start promptly and you will just get less game time. However, there are no refunds or reschedules for late arrivals. 

Do I need to bring anything with me?

You do not need to bring anything. Note that personal belongings aren’t allowed in the rooms. We do have a storage location for personal items. No special preparation is required. Dress comfortably!

Are we really locked in the room?

No, you are not actually locked in. That would be a fire hazard. You’ll have to use your imagination. In case of emergency, the door you entered is always unlocked. If you have to use the restroom or you get claustrophobic, you can leave at any time.

Is your location ADA accessible?

Our location is ADA accessible. If you have any specific questions about health issues or accessibility, please contact us prior to booking. We will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Is it going to be scary?

No, this is intended to be a completely fun and family friendly experience. The only thing you should be feeling is the rush of adrenaline as you try to solve the puzzles before time runs out!

Is there parking nearby?

There is ample free parking along 119th Street and on the east side of the building. Please be aware that the parking situation can be tricky during city-wide events. Please take this into consideration when booking your time slot. Give us a call if you need help locating us.
